8.ALL the school(s)/colleges/university you attend/have attended. e.g. Bilborough College, Wells Academy, Walter Halls Primary.

9.Your Activity: This should be an activity outside of formal education but with recognisable educational benefits to you. You should include date(s) it will take place, any organisations (e.g. groups, schools, external providers etc.) connected with this activity, any qualifications you will attain by taking part and what difference it will make to you personally.

10.Your detailed requirements: Explain the costs involved in the activity, your efforts to raise funding elsewhere and whether you are currently entitled to any benefits, such as Free School Meals.

11.Amount of Bursary requested. The current maximum is £800 per individual. You MUST have A BANK ACCOUNT IN YOUR NAME to receive the funding. Separate applications can be made at different times up to the individual total

12.Your referee: Enter here the details of an adult who will vouch for you and your application. You must get their permission first.This could be a Headteacher, Head of Year, College tutor, Group leader, Coach etc. BUT not a family member.
